Saltby Methodist Chapel is a Victorian building built in 1830 sitting half way up Main Street in the village.

As well as providing a place of worship for Methodists in the village and surrounding area it acts as the village’s Community Centre.

Refirbished in 2004 with a grant from the Methodist Church and more than £5000 raised within the village, the Chapel has been used for a range of village activities from history talks to children’s art projects. It has full kitchen facilities, and full disabled access and toilet facilities.

The regular events at the Chapel are;

Prayer – held on the first tuesday of every month from 6-6.30pm
Bring and Buy Sale and Coffee morning – held on the first Saturday of every month from 10 -11.30am. Proceeds in aid of the Dove Hospice.
